​one of me, two of you. two of me and one of you is a multimedia installation that layers photographic prints with video projection to explore memory, distance, and the shifting relationship between past and present selves. Photographs of my younger self and my father growing up in my Utah neighborhood are adhered directly to the wall, while video of my adult self returning to those same spaces is cast over them. The projection does not replace the photographs but settles over them, so that the younger and older self coexist in the same space at the same time. The work asks what it means to revisit a place that shaped you when you are no longer entirely sure it still holds you.
